These instructional videos are constructed to be reviewed by both players and coaches. By presenting the basic shooting fundamentals in a more simplified way with less detail, it is easy for players to understand what they must do to shoot well. Also, if players properly follow the word usage and techniques which are shown, they will automatically perform the correct shooting mechanics. Coaches will be able to use the videos as teaching aids.
By using the techniques and drills which are in these videotapes, coaches will be able to better teach outside shooting, free throw shooting, and low post play. Also, after studying the fundamentals and techniques presented, coaches will feel more comfortable in making simple shooting adjustments which won’t hurt a player’s shot.
