At his age it has been very easy to settle for just being a good player. Coming to your camp this year, followed by the improvement from last year, has really given him an awareness of his strengths and better yet allowed him to see his weaknesses. But, what was most important you gave him the drills and follow up exercises to improve those points of emphasis.

Additionally, coach, as a coach myself that is constantly looking to improve, your lectures for coaches are invaluable. Any coach that comes and doesn`t tap into the knowledge base shared throughout the week really miss out on a golden opportunity. This has been the best camp we have every attended, it is well worth the trip from Alabama. Coach Baumgartner, you are the best teacher of shooting I have witnessed, bar none.
