About The Inventor Of The New Sure Shot Basketball
Dick Baumgartner, one of the country's leading shooting authorities, invented the Sure Shot Basketball in 1968. Dick was the first person to put a shooting hand on a basketball. There have been a few individuals who did variations of the ball several years after he produced the Sure Shot.
Now, with Dick's experience in teaching shooting for the last 32 years, he has constructed a new and better Sure Shot Basketball. This new Sure Shot is better because it can easily put a player into even more essential shooting mechanics. For example, getting a player into the "slot" is one of the main new features.
Basketball players shoot straighter and easily from long range if they cock the shooting hand and wrist properly in the shot line ("slot").
